Hi, This could be a case of folliculitis.Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles.Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing, blockage of the follicle, shaving.
In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph). It presents with pimples or pustules located around a hair follicle that may crust over .
Topical antiseptic treatment is adequate for most cases.
Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment can be applied on the affected areas and is sufficient to cause a resolution.
