genital wart virus

i have got like a bump of rough skin on my genital area and i think its a wart but i don't understand how i can get genital warts because i haven't had sexual contact with a women yet i am a virgin and i have also read that the virus that cause genital warts is destroyed by the immune system but it takes time is this true

Hello,
Without examination I cannot confirm a diagnosis but it can be seborrheic keratosis. It is a benign skin growth of keratinocytes. A skin biopsy will be helpful in confirming a diagnosis.
I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
