genital warts?

I have 3 bumps under the head of my circumscised penis. Two are equal distance and size apart about 1/2 mm below where the head connects to the shaft on the underside skin (like the skin under your tongue)the third is in the middle between the two, a bit smaller, slightly larger than a pin head, round, the central lighter portion seems to be slightly raised and a slightly reddish colour around the edges like 3 tiny zits. They are not like cauliflour but very smooth. When the skin is loose, they are noticeable bumps amongst the many papules and wrinkly shaft skin, but when it it stretched tight, they stand out in the area. Because they are so evenly spaced they almost look like they belong there. Like the shaft skin starts from there. I squeezed one and it irritated it, no puss. They are as hard as a zit. I may have seen them a few months earlier but didn't pay them much attention. After having unprotected sex with my ex-gf 12 times she decided to tell me that she had 1 genital wart removed 9 years ago with no re-occurance, and that her doctor told her she was only a slight risk and none of her previous BFs used protection and none got warts. (my Dr. tested and ruled out other STDs), except for HPV. I have read on the Internet that what her doctor said is not true about HPV and I must have it as must all her exs and that their new GFs will get warts. My dermatologist said that it is unlikely after 9 years that it would be passed on. Dr.s say one thing and the STD web sites say differently. I can't tell if they are growing. I can't stop checking myself to see if they are still there, and havne't slept in days. My family dr. wasn't sure what they were (he just said they looked very small?) and prescribed Nizoral:Fucidin cream for 10 days (it did nothing), and if it didn't work to see a dermatologist. Went to a walk-in clinic and the dr. said they were very small and looked like perly penile papules, but that I should see a dermatologist. Went to the dermatlogist and she said they were perly penile papules. She did not do a vinegar test, and didn't use a magnifyig glass, she just put a bright light on it and examined. Went back to family dr. after 10 days of cream, and he said that I could Podophyllin to burn them off if they bother me or "in case they are warts". I'm not sure now how to proceed. If they are warts, I want to start treating them now. Do these sound like genital warts? I know what papules look like on me and these seem different and larger. Is there a reliable test I can ask to have done to have one removed to find out if I have HPV for 100%? Its hard to imagine having sex with anyone else without knowing if I'm going to give them warts. Is there anything I can do to remove them without scarring the area for good? The not-knowing is causing me so much stress both about the virus and the ensuing warts. It seems like nobody knows about HPV for sure. Your opinion would be very welcome on all these unknowns...

Somtimes i put a little baby powder down my pants when i know i will probably be sweating during the day. One day the head looked like it had a wrikle in the sun light, i thought i am getting older(31) just a wrinle. The one day i looked at it again with a erection and seen little raised dots all over the head and near the pee hole, i streached the skin more and could defintly see them. but they can only be seen in strong light. There is no pain and the head is still soft and sensative as ever. I also don't know how long i have had them, and i worry i may have passed them to my girlfriend.Does this sound like warts or pearly penile papules? Seed warts maybe? looks like there are about a hunderd of them. Thanks luke skywalker

I have 3 very small and slightly raised spots on my vagina.  I went to the OBGYN to get tested for HPV and any other disorder it could be.  However,i have to wait 3 weeks to get the results and i'm dying from the stress.  They're skin colored very small and hardly raised.  My doctor gave me this ointment the clear up the area because she said it was hard to tell what it was because it was irritated from shaving.  I've been puttin on the ointment 3 times a day like she told me to and the bumps have gone down a little.  What do you think it is?

They sound like pearly penile paules or cysts.  The fact that you can see them more clearly when you stretch the skin reinforces this opinion, since warts are epidermal and are therefore quite visible without stretching.  I agree with your doctors, not with what you say the STD websites say.  You mist get past this fear and guilt if you're ever going to have a relationship again, and there's no reason you shouldn't get past this.  You've already gotten the medical reassurance you need.  Time to get counseling if you need it, and to move on.

Best.
