getting rid of scars

whats a good product to help get rid of scars on your face and stiches on your face? that will help it look less visible or go away completely?

Scars due to stitch marks are very tough to handle. Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color.  Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions.  Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option.  

You can consult a dermatologist and discuss the various treatment options to find out which one is the best for you.
