glans penis

hi there doctor! i would juz like to ask because there is something in my glans penis that i could not classify.. they are like an extra skins surrounding my glans penis.. it looks like small hairs but its color is whitish red.. sometimes it is visible especially under bright lights.. when i feel my glans penis, its rough and the tiny "hairlike" are very obvious. its like an extra skin but the structure are like hairs. im sorry because i dnt know how to describe it accurately but i hope u can imagine what Iam saying.. its about 8-10 months already but i dont feel any abnormalities within my penis.. and follow up question, im wondering if it is possible to consider as one of the major signs or symptoms of viral disease in reproductive system. i hope you could help me regarding this problem.. tnx doc

It could be warts.They are caused by a viral infection, specifically by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and are contagious when in contact with the skin of another.
It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects. They typically disappear after a few months but can last for years and can recur.
You need to get it checked bya dermatologist who will be better able to assisst you at this point.
