glans scaring

I have these scars that look more like holes or craters on the head of my penis.  I have 4 now and that is over 6 years. They come one at a time.   But they do not go away.  I got them after i started masturbating which i do regularly. I do not do anything abnormal. They do not both me in anyway, they are just ugly and are a pain to explain.  They do not look horrible but when its erects the scars really show.  I have had 2 doctors look at them but they say "they are nothing and that some guys just get them."  I do not trust them and want some more professional opinions.  Is there anything i can do to heal them.  I could live with the ones i have now but do not want anymore.
