gluteal cleft irritation

recently i have notced what seems like a red lined cut in my gluteal cleft the crease right above my anus which starts the buttocks..at the end of the line are two sore like marks...i beleive irritated it working out but not sure...the sores do not look like blisters more like cuts....i have never had any kind of anal sex, is it possible to have std's near anus if you do not engage in anal sex...the other night when wiping down there i noticed blood comming up but could not tell if it was from that area?

You will want to see your dermatologist. Its possible that it it related to a potential flare up up of psoriasis. I am not a doctor, but I would not take the chance.
