gluten free diet

Would a gluten free diet help the symptoms of spongiotic dermatitis? and also what drugs make it worse? Does drinking alcohol make it worse?

Hello,
Eczema is not triggered by gluten if you have food allergy to gluten. Any drug that causes an allergic reaction can trigger acute eczema in a susceptible individual. Common ones are some antibacterial drugs, antimycotic drugs, anti viral drugs, tromantadine hydrochloride, idoxuridine, acyclovir, antiparasitic drugs, antihistamines, phenothiazines, steroids, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, anesthetics, and anticancer drugs.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
