goose bumps?

Dear doctor.

While practicing oral sex with my 1month long boyfriend, I had noticed very tiny bumps, looked like a rash, right on the shaft of his penis, under the "head". He told me he only practices safe sex and had gotten an STD test 2months ago and everything was fine. I'm sure he had sex after he's done the STI testing. The bumps looked like goose bumps. There was nothing coming out of them and they were the same color as his skin, not a difference color. Please let me know what you think and if it is something alarming, how long should I wait before seeing a gyno to get myself checked after this happened?

Thank you VERY much.

Thank you, i sure will.
I have set up an appointment for next week just to be on the safe side. Is it too early to go get checked?

Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be follicles or Fordyce spots.

Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, pale spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing if you have any additional queries.
