growth on lip

I have a growth on my lip that is white in color and can be picked off, but then grows back. it is on my upper lip, what do you think this could be?

I also have a problem on my lip. The skin keeps peeling off every week. There is some kind of liquid leaking out of the inside part of my lip and it has a white build up around the lining of my lip and on my teeth.  I see little white spots under the skin, i don't know what they are? I feel some big lumps inside my lips all around when i squeeze it? What could the problem be and how can i treat it?

The two conditions whuich come to mind are a wart or a cyst.  Neither is serious, but if they keep recurring and you want to get rid of them, a 2-second cautery in your dermatologist's office should do the trick.
