growth on penis skin

i have got this growth near the base of my penis shaft. it is a skin like growth. it just appeared like a rash in the past 4 - 6 weeks. what could this be? it doesnt itch. it is just there?

A growth usually refers to a bump of some sort. A rash usually means a red, dry, pimply, or scaly patch. Either way, if it just came up in a few weeks, it's not likely ot be anything serious. The only way to find out what it is is to haev a doctor see it in person. That's what you should do.
