For about as long as I can remember, I've always had a problem with ingrownIngrown toenail hairs and breakouts on my legs (occasionally on my calves, but mainly on my thighs)
Sometimes I will have breakouts, and I ALWAYS have at least a few ingrownIngrown toenail hairs and/or pimples on my legs.
For this reason, I don't shave, and even trimming my hair with an electric razor can cause problems.
I scrub with a loofah every time I shower, and I use antibacterial soap, but it never seems to help with treating/preventing my break outs and ingrownIngrown toenail hairs.
Is there something you could recommend to me?
It's very frustrating, and I find that it makes me very self-conscious.
I wear jeans year round for this reason (which is a hassle in itself, considering the fact that I live in the hot, humid city of Houston.)
IngrownIngrown toenail hairs may recur. As the hair grows, the sharp tips bend and irritate the skin. It may be very discomforting. If these seem to recur, I would suggest that you inquire about the benefits of laser hair removal from your dermatologist. This may be more expensive and may even require repeated sessions but the procedure may be more effectiveEffective strength cough syrup as it stops hair growth.
