hair loss at 23? please help

I am 23 and my hair is falling out.  I know my family has baldness in their genes but they dont develop until later years in all my relatives.  Most started seeing balding in late 30s.  I dont think it is in my genes to be losing hair at 23 when none of my cousins, syblings or parents had balding so young.  I have been under stress lately.  I graduated college had trouble findng a job.  My gf of 4 years broke up with me and pretty sure i have HPV even though my doc said he doesnt think i have it.  He said i had a prostate infection instead o and i am have a hard time dealing with balding!  So my anxiety and stress lately i know have been high but i dont think it could cause that much hair loss.  I first noticed hair loss about 6 months ago.  My hair has been thinning ever since.  My hair in the front is very fine and thin.  It seems my scalp is dry but my hair is oily.  Can a urinary infection cause hair loss?  I scheduled an apt with my dermatologist but its not for another month.  Any reasons/ treatments for my hair loss?  Please advise

O another thing also.  I don't even have all my facial hair grown in yet.  I can tell i will eventually be able to grow a beard.  How can i not have facial hair completely in yet and be losing my hair also. Does this make sense?
