hair on head folliculitis,cellulitis

5 yrs ago I HAD A FEW LITTLE BUMPS IN NECKLINE.BEAUTICIAN TOLD ME IT WOULD NOT HURT TO GO AHEAD WITH HAIR PROCESS.A WEEK LATER I HAD FULL BLOWN HEAD INFECTION TNEN ABCESS (abscess). I STILL HAVE IT AND IT IS STARTING TO TRAVEL .IT SEEMS TO GO TO SCARS OR WEAK SPOTS IN MY BODY. I JUST GOT THRU WITH 80 DOXICYCLINE. STILL NO BETTER. I NEVER HAD ACNE OR SKIN POBLEMS BEFORE. CAN ANY ONE HELP?/
