Hi,

Male pattern baldness follows a typical pattern of receding hairline and hair thinning on the crown. This is caused by hormones and genetic predisposition. This is diagnosed based on the appearance and pattern of the hair loss. Any atypical hair loss may be caused by other medical disorders. Have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management.  Medical treatment and hair transplantation may be done. Take care and regards.
