hand rash

I have sle and recently developed a red and white blotchy palmar hand rash that occurs when i turn my hand palm up the longer i hold it up it gets more blotchy  it does not burn or itch  looks like pompholox eczema or palmar erythema with more white.  does not look like raynaud's  when i get emotional hands and fingers tingle and numb

I do not know your age but from the symptoms any dermatitis, allergic reaction or peripheral vascular disease needs to be ruled out. Atherosclerosis is a predisposing factor and investigations like color Doppler and magnetic resonance angiography ( MRA) need to be done.
