There could be several causes for the symptoms you are having. You should reconsult with your doctor to rule out the following possible causes -

i have a real itchy rash just above the bum hole n its red n hurts alot n i have had it for almost 3 weeks whats going on ? do i see a doctor about it? should i worrie?
