having small red dots

Hi,
My penis glans having small red dots... and it's spreading.... I applyed Fucidin ( Acido Fusidico ph Eur 20mg Cream )
It's remove the red dots and become normal. But after sometimes ( after 2 or 3 weeks ) it apper again those red dots... ( They are very painful when water apply....) sometimes white colur creamy can be find....
So Please let me know whats the problem and best solution. I am sure I have no unsafe sex had with others....
Please give me a good medicine and help me to slove this problem

This could be due to acne/pimples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infection or some skin nodules etc.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.
