MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a fungal infection or tinea cruris, sweat dermatitis, eczema or scabies. Treatments for all are different and hence I would suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist. Till then wear cotton clothes and try to keep the area as sweat free as possible.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Warm regards.
