I havent had sex in about a month and a half and my skin on the penis is ashy and skin cracking a little and the head of the penis is wrinklrd. I dont have any discharge or any urinating problems. I think maybe because i usually masturbate usually 3 times a day, makes my skin do that or either the lotion. what do you think

I am thinking that you are mastturbating too much. Cut down on it and give your penis a chance to recover. Constant friction cannot be good for the head. This sis just a suggestion.

This could be either due to the friction or a mild form of Contact dermatitis. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing.

that can avoid friction.

This is best treated by avoiding contact with the allergen. A mild Corticosteroid ointment like Hydrocortisone 1% can be applied for a short period till the skin inflammation subsides.
