Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination, but they sound like Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules.Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis.
Both of them should be removed only if causing trouble or for cosmetic reasons. Ablations using carbon dioxide laser, electrodessication with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.
Dont worry guys it is completely normal. 60% of guys have it. it is called sebaceous prominence. It is something that we are born with and is not a disease or infection. there is currently no cure for getting rid of these sebaceous cysts except maybe laser but i dont want a laser anywhere near my penis lol. dont let this keep you from having sex when you feel you are ready and if a girl asks tell her what it is so she wont have to worry. It is basically just clogged pores on your penis. Think about it..... You first probably noticed it when you were 13 or 14 when you were most likely a virgin. If you never had sex how could catch anything. Go to the doctor if you need some reassurance but im telling you its normal and there is even a forum on it with other guys who have it and alot of research is being done on how to solve this condition.
