I have past month or two sore dry and itchy armpits and persistent body odour as I cannot use any due to hurting.
I've tried different deodorants and soaps as recommended, but i still have the problem and I notice it is getting worse as now small lumps appear. My home doctor prescribed me some before some eczema cream and I think hydrocortisone (1%) ?
Its really starting to affect my life and making me very low. Please help
