help me

i have several bald spots, with red leisons or scars in them i also have these red patches are on my face and around my hairline that are white in the middle any idea???

The bald spots can be due to ringworm of the scalp. The red spots on face with a white center raises the possibility of fungal infection( if it is itchy) or granuloma annulare. It is characterized by round bump or rash appearing on the joints or back of hands. No treatment is required and it may go on its own. Severe cases may need steroids, non-steroid topical anti-inflammatory creams such as tacrolimus, cryotherapy, laser treatment or UV light therapy. Consultation of a dermatologist will be the best in your case because the diagnosis has to be confirmed first.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
