hello sir,
my underarms are little dark as compared with my skin colour....and i feel lil embarssed
while wearing sandos.....same prob are also with my lips they are quite dark even i m not smoking

This can be due to constant sweating in the area and hyperpigmentation. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.
Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
