How are you? Normally, women’s nipples stick out but some have nipples that are flat or inverted. Flat nipples may become erect during sexual arousal or when a baby is sucking on the nipple during breastfeeding. If your nipples have been this way for as long as you can remember, it is nothing to worry about. However, if the nipple becomes inverted or changed suddenly, have this evaluated further to rule out any underlying cause. Take care and best regards.
