The random bump in my area is gone and i stopped using the soaps with the fragrents in them. The bumps are there because of my hair growing back i assume but im wearing looser clothing and my area isnt bothering me. But I am sexually active but I havent done anything in a while and dont plan on it and the last time I went to the doctor she said I was okay i didnt have anything and I feel the samething is going to be said the next time I go. ( I am going soon ) But Thank you for the heads up.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Regarding the bumps in the pubic area, it can be folliculitis or boils. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Also if you are sexually active then herpes should be ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
