herpes??? i will kill myself. :(

hello there.

so ive been freaking out for a week now. ive had sex with a guy like 4 times already, and the most recent was a rough one and he introduced anal sex but with the vib, not his penis., and i shaved that morning. the next day i went out to get some groceries, it was super hot in the morning but come afternoon it became very cold and i was like wearing top tank and shorts and am not driving yet so i was out all day in the hot then cold weather. the day after that, i got the fever and was shaking all night. thinking it was just from the day i was out in the cold, i just took advil. the following day, i felt better but then i noticed i had pain urinating, and i was constipated *maybe from the vib that night*. i checked myself and found a tear and it was still kind of bleeding, i was quiet sure it was from the rough sex we had, and btw it was protected sex but we both gave oral. then i noticed two bumps like white heads near the tear, looked like pimples and i can see there was pus-like fluid in the center. it hurt when i touched the center so im quiet sure its pus. i didnt try to squeeze them, hoping theyll just go away.. i still had them for two days and just today i tried to squeeze them. and didnt hurt anymore, but i can still see them. i just had my period today so its kinda hard to see them but the pus is not visible anymore. the guy said he was tested for herpes 6months ago and it came out negative but he had not been tested recently. he didnt have any break outs after that night. ive only been with him. can this be ordinary razor bumps? i know ive had these before, am just not too sure or can this be herpes? my mom doesnt know am hanging out with him, and my mom works in the lab in the hospital so there's no way am goin for a check up, help me out here pls.. :( am gonna check again tomorrow if the bumps are still present and fyi they didnt multiply theyre still two down there. thank you

The best thing is to go and make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. People on the internet can't give you an accurate diagnosis and can only really give you limited information. What you describe could possibly be herpes, as herpes affects people differently- some people suffer full-blown outbreaks, some very mild symtoms (symptoms) whilst other carry the virus and have no symptoms at all. If you've had these spots before then it's likely it's nothing. The only way you can be sure if to go and see a medical professional and get tested.

From the symptoms it looks like small pimples due to combined effect of shaving, rough sex and sweating causing anal tear and irritated skin. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. If they turn into blisters which scab over then the possibility of herpes has to be ruled out.
