herpes symptom or not

Hi Doctor,

First of all, I would like to thank you for your time. I honestly do not know what I have. I think I might have genital herpes.

I can't really tell because the first symptom I had was itching, redness and inflammation - I went to the doctor immediately and had both internal and external exams done. Sawbs were taken and I was diagnosed with a Yeast Infection.
I was prescription and the symptoms got better approximately a week.

A week later this incident, Ive engaged in sex and my vagina got sore. I thought abrasions from sex. It got better the next day however everytime I have sex it hurts. It stings, its red, it looks like there are abrasions/cuts/lacerations - however it feels fine the next day! - does this sound like herpes?

I had sex today and the same thing happened. However right after sex, I looked at myself and i see this small pin head...bump, maybe a blister - i cannot tell. Im going to see a doctor tomorrow - Im just anxious and writing this is calming me down - Does this sound like hsv2?

Thank you Doctor

for about three years now I have had theses little flesh colored and sometimes whitehead looking bumps around the genital area. I have never been sexually active. They come and go away on their own, I thought they were just hair bumps but now I am getting more concern. I' ve tried to bust them and sometimes I get puss, blood or just something clear like any other bump can you please help.

No, it sounds like irritation from sex.  It does not sound like herpes.  Leave the lesions, if any, alone so the doctor can tell, and look into what you can do to minimize friction during sex so you'll be less comfortable afterward.

Best.
