herpes virus

Hello doc, i'm traveling in a foreign country and i had my blood tests done.Everything came back nehative, except the herpes results.Could u help me interpret them.They are as followa:
anticorpes for herpes virus simple II (IgG) pozitiv 1:320
anticorpes for herpes virus simple II (IgM) negativ
And also, i want to add that i had no outburst ever in my life.

Herpes IgG means that you have genital herpes.  You should assume that you are shedding the virus at all times.  Therefore, you should use a condom (I assume you're male) when having sex.  IgM antibodies only occur soon after an infection, but in a chronic state would be negative.  You really should check the interpretation with the doctor and lab who ordered the tests, though, as soon as you can.
