herpes

hey im 16 and i am really scared that i might have herpes simplex virus 2, the first time i had sex was about 3 weeks ago, and i used a condom. About 3 days later i had a cold sore on my mouth, which didnt bother me because i got them before, and i thought it was from getting to much sun from cuttin on the tractor. Well finally this cold sore goes away and then i get this white head on my tongue, i didnt think much of this because i get them alot. Well im a really paranoid, so im really freaking out, well then i popped that white head and more started appearing all over my tongue, then i get a red bump on my pubic area near my penis, i was really scared, even though i had them before, but i popped it and about 3 days later another one appears, but the other one disappeared, and then im getting little bumps on my penis head, i asked the girl if she had herpes and she claims that she doesnt, so i dont know what to do, i am really scared, i cant tell my parents, i play football and a lot of other sports, and im just so scared, i dont know what to do, is anyone familiar wit my symptoms?
