hi,

i have small lumps of watery blisters on my hands.  i get this blisters when my skin comes in contact with water, warmth,cold and wahen i go out as well. its very itchy too. i've tried caladryl lotion but its not working. plez suggest.....

One of the possibilities for your symptoms is pompholyx. Pompholyx is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure. If your rashes are presenting like this, then this possibility needs to be ruled out. My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist.
