hidrandenitis and cancer?

I have been diagnosed with hidradenitis, and have been dealing with it for 15 years (since the age of 17). At age 19 I had surgery in my right armpit to remove gland, however thehidradenitis spread below the treated area along with my other armpit, groin, breasts, and behind my neck and head. I would say that the severity or extent of the hidradenitis is very bad, with alot of scarring covering both armpits to my bra line, 5 inches along my inner thigh, and a pretty thick scar behind my neck. Most doctors I have seen said there is very little I can do for them.
For the past two years I have had dizzy spells and fatigue. After many attempts to see quite a few doctors, I saw a neurologist. The doctor performed an EEG which discovered these spells were seizures. I am on dilantin 300 mg twice a day for the past 6 months, but still feel terrible. I recently did some research and discovered there is a possibility that hidrodenitis can cause cancer, and it could affect the nervous system. Is this true? It does seem that my symptoms occured following a flareup behind my neck, and now i have a scar there as well as what seems to be another scar tissue behind the base of my scull. I had an MRI which showed no abnormalities of my brain, but would a head MRI also show scar tissue on the top of the spine? Could pressure from the scar tissue on my neck cause neuro problems?
