hives or angioedema

About a month ago I had what I thought was a alergic (allergic) reaction because my lips were swollen and I had a rash on the botton of my foot and on my hand.  Then I develeped canker sores and a rash on my penis, there were not bunps or warts just a rash.  The canker sores and the rash went away after about a week and a half.  About three weeks later it happened again.  I went to the doctor and he said that he thought it may be Hives and Angioedema.

Hives and angioedema are itchy welts that come and go.  I can't put that together with canker sores and a rash on the penis.  I think you need to see a dermatologist from proper diagnosis.  If the welts return, take a photograph to show the dermatologist, in case the red marks go away when you have your appointment.
