how i can get back my old skin?

i have brown spots all over my body and my upper lip lost it's color from brown to pink in the middle only. Brown spots come with it itching and the feeling of discomfort. i have been to multiple of doctors but they gave me different answers and diagnosis. brown spots come with itching especially when i go out of the house. moreover, in my face my nose get darker. alaso when i go out side i have small pimples before it get brown and then darker. the first doctor told me that i have allergy toward sun. the senond one said the i have skin parasites. also another said u have vitiligo. and all medications they gave me didn't work. i don't now what to do and i can't go out coz am scared that i might not look good later.

Without examination it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis,but it can be solar keratosis(small rough or scaly areas of skin due to damage from sun exposure), Dermatosis papulosa nigra(firm, smooth, raised, dark brown to black bumps occur on the face and upper trunk;usually runs in families) , seborrheis keratosis(small lumps due to a thickening of an area of the top skin layer) ,syringoma(bumps caused due to overgrowth of cells) or lentigo.

I sincerely advise you consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.Mode of treatment for all is entirely different.Chemical peel and laser treatment help in their treatment but for that diagnosis has to be confirmed first.

thanks for your comment but i have some concerns

first , i looked for the diagnosis u gave me however the lentigo is some how like the spots i have but mine are so much smaller and the brown spots are concentrated in my hands and my face but it occurs all over my body.

and i have another concern does vitiligo before it starts make first brown spots coz the doctor told me that it does and i searched the internet and i didn't find any thing confirms what he said.

what about my upper lip? i always hide the pink part coz people always say what happen to you? how the color changed from brown to pink?
