8/13/2016 I also developed this ankle rash at Disneyland Anaheim. I weather walking all day into the night... I noticed it earlier the day; is was very light. I thought is was the elastic in my socks (possible some type of plastic) sun burned the area. It was just above my sock fold. Well thank you everyone for the earlier posting. My disney pass expires in a few weeks and i would rather see it go bye bye than to suffer a rash like this again... might be some type of bacterial problems. this large park is so full of germs anyway.
