Thrre times a day will do.Noxzema contains eucalyptus oil, so it will probably do you good.
Do not use any kind of soaps, try to use face washing gels.
If you must use a soap, then use a Glycerine-based soap.You can use make-up products which have been formulated fr oily skins.
