how to deal with my hair loss

I have been losing my hair faster and faster during the past 3 years. The doctor I have seen doesn't seem to be able to help.  He thinks being bald isn't so bad - I'm a female - it's pretty bad! I also have a tingling feeling on the back of my head and itching.  Any suggestions for treatment or how to not lose anymore self-confidence?

Hi

Hair loss may be due to scalp disorders. Other causes may be hormones and genetic factors. For those with scalp disorders, seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infection and discoid lupus erythematosus are conditions to be considered.

You have noted of itchiness. Is there a presence of scaling or redness over the scalp?

Any other associated symptoms like a rash on the face or other parts of the body?

How would you define the pattern of your hair loss?
