how to heal a tca spot peel while on accutane

I was so desperate to get rid of a cyst that was extremely painful and decided to spot treat it with a 20% tca peel. It has been almost one week and it is pink and not healing. I know I should not have done it, however, I thought since I am fair skinned that I would heal. like I normally would. I was so wrong. I have only been on accutane for about two weeks and thought it would be ok. I am scared, depressed and do not want to tell my dermatologist. I was incredibly irresponsible. Doctor, I need your help and advice. I am 42 years of and have been SUFFERING with acne for too long. To make matters worse I am get very wrinkled too. I read that I can't get injectibles or botox, is this true.
