how to remove acne

I had many red pimpels(acne) on my face,they are removed now.But thier marks left on my skin.How should i remove these marks completely?any soaps?what kinda of products should i apply?

Marks of acne are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks. The treatment for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion.
