huge 3-4 inch lump on top of head!!

So I was washing my hair and running my fingers over my scalp and out of nowhere I feel a huge bump.on the top of my head! it is pretty much in the middle towards the very top of my head. It is very hard feels pretty much like bone.

it is like 3-4 inches long and about 1 inch wide? 1 inch being across as in ear to ear. and 3-4 inches being from like nose to back of head. Its not like extemelt raised up. but the level difference compared to the rest of the head is deffinetly noticeable! its  probably about 1/2 3/4 a centimeter raised

This is really worrying me and I do not remember haveing this before at all. I have not bumped my head or anything.

the only thing keeping me from going crazy is just assuming its just how my skull is. BUT I dont remember it being like this EVER. Im really worried that its a tumor!

I CANNOT go to the doctor!! I am extremely worried I have no insurrance or anything! PLEASE help

This bump on the scalp sounds like a pilar cyst. Pilar cysts manifest as smooth, mobile, asymptomatic swellings, often in the scalp. Overlying hair loss may be noted. The definitive treatment is surgical excision of the cyst. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
