Ringworm, tinea on the hand and leg/Pityriasis Versicolor, but i have tried selsunSelsun
Selsun blue
Selsun blue 2 in 1
Selsun blue balanced treatment
Selsun blue moisturizing treatment, itraconazole and canesten to no avail. They also thought it may be hypopigmented mycosis fungoides, but i also took an autoimmune suppressing cream to no avail either. I then travelled to see a doctor in the Netherlands who suggested it may be Progressive Macular Hypomelanosis, though i am just finishing a course of minocycline 100mg combined with benzoyl peroxide and UVB but theres been no great improvement their again. I have no history with pigmentation problems in my family and wasn't born with any problems regarding pigment. Any suggestions regarding what to try next or any dermatologists who specialise in this type of thing? I have been most disappointed by the NHS doctors in the UK as although they can clearly see there is a problem, they do nothing to try and find the root cause of it, very frustrating.
