hypopigmented burn scar

I HAD A BURN SCAR ON MY FACE OF SIZE 3inchesX1.5inches. THE BURN OCCURED 3months BACK BY
HYDROCLORIC SULPURIC ACID. I USED FLAMIGEL,BEPANTHENE OINTMENT FOR TWO MONTHS AND SINCE  LAST MONTH I AM USING GEL FROM OLEU PLANT DIRECTLY ON FACE. THE SCAR IS HYPOPIGMENTED .
THE COLOR OF THE SCAR IS PINKISH WHITE. MY SKIN COLOR IS BROWNISH. PLEASE ADVICE ME FOR TREATMENT OF THIS SCAR

I have hypopigmented scars on my face for 10 years now due to excessive used of astringent. I have done lots of medication but nothing happens. I just want to ask if ginger root juice can revive the damaged skin and return to normal color. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks.
