i am scared i picked a little brown mark?

Hi,i have had this brown mark on the inside of my toe i thought it was just  faketan and it just got trapped in my in my skin so i tryed to pick it out with tweezes but its still there and deep is this a frekle i am very concerned?

Well, it's probably nothing.  However, doctors will often remove moles from feet if they have any question that it's rubbing.  So make an appointment to see a dermatologist and have it looked at.  Let it heal up first so he can see it better.
