i dont know what it is

I have some darker spots of skin on the inside of my leg where my leg and my testicles touch n it's a little but not slot itchy and I don't know what it is so if anybody can tell me I'll appreciate it

It may be difficult to confirm the exact treatment without a clinical examination. Normally the skin of inner thighs and genitals is darker than the rest of the body. Other possible causes of these skin lesions are ringworm, jock itch and tinea versicolor. It is best to consult a dermatologist and get the rash examined. A clinical confirmation of the rash is very important for appropriate management. I hope it helps.
