i don't know what this is!

So about a month ago I broke out in what looked like eczema except it didn't itch..it was just little patches that were red and dry..i had it in places that I guess you could say you would normally sweat such as under my arms..my inner thighs, and my back. Now the redness and dryness went away, and I am left with these white spots that won't seem to go away..When i go tanning, the spots don't tan...I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. I can't see my doctor until the end of this month so until then, I'm lost for answers! please help!
