i dont know what this rash is, can you help me?

i have an unusual lumpyish red rash on my side and it seems to be getting bigger, can somebody tell me what it is?
It's shaped like an oval and it is thicker around the edges than the middle where it dips in. Help??

could be ring worm.... starts off as a "ring" shaped red mark with a bumpy and raised outer ring and then spreads outward until it eventually dries out and fades

There are a lot of differentials such as an insect bite, allergic reaction, infection, irritation, or other skin conditions such as dermatitis or eczema.
