i found a cure for my chronic anal itch

by thecount, May 10, 2008 11:26PM
after suffering from anal itch for 30 years now, and having tried with varied success medications, baths, herbal wipes etc. it seems i have found a way to cure the problem.

you take a half cup of water, add to it a 1/4 teaspoon of grey sea salt and stir. then lightly soak a piece of paper towel, piece of cotton etc. and apply, leaving it there for a about 10 minutes. remove and wipe dry. do this 3 times a day, last time before going to sleep.

of course, you must keep the anal area very clean during this treatment, wash underwear well, incl clorox, use extra rinse cycle.

this has dried out the area around the anus which was always somewhat wet, and has reduced the urge to scratch to almost null.

Any reason for using grey sea salt in particular? I've been suffering from anal itch for the past 6-7 years myself, and nothing seams to work (and I've tried a whole lot of things!). If you're on to something, I'm definitely willing to give it a go.
