i have a reddish bump under right testicle with a whittish head looks like a pimple but wont pop

ive had this for about a week now, and has not gone away .there is no pain and my testicles allways itch ,especially when they hit the open air what could this be ?

Hello,
This bump can be an infected hair follicles,sebaceous cyst or a furuncle. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist and get sebaceous cyst ruled out.

Also this itching of the testicles can be due to fungal infection or eczema.
