i have had illergic reactions for about 3 months now

first my lip swelled bigger than angerlina joli and my whole body was covered in a rash and my hips came up with welts that ARE BOUT 10CM wide. from then on i get thee rash very often and i got the rash in my scalp and the that moved to my eyes and  my eyes sweeled up very bad. my welts are very itchy and i have permanant scabs on my hips that i cvant help but itch. please help my my docter is not telling me wot is going on all up i dont feel well at al. people say that it may be a stress rash??
