MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Are there other symptoms present? This could be an irritation, a form of eczema, infection, or an allergic reaction. Contact dermatitis or Irritant dermatitis results  from exposure to allergensor irritants.Allergic dermatitis is usually confined to the area where the trigger actually touched the skin, whereas irritant dermatitis may be more widespread on the skin. Symptoms of both forms may include red rash, blisters or wheals. Try to avoid scratching, as this can cause secondary infections. If it persists and other symptoms arise, have this evaluated further for proper management. Only by having the rash examined will you be able to get a definite diagnosis. It is also recommended that you avoid manipulating or scratching the lesion to prevent further infection.

Take care and regards.
